The Secret Component in Your Diet for Losing Belly Fat (Part 1)
Losing Belly Fat Secret

I suspect you have tried every diet in every book in an attempt to shed that unwanted belly fat. If you are like most of us you have been lead astray by complicated food diets that have not produced any results.

Today you will learn the single most important component to dropping those pounds in your mid section. Not only will you be shocked to hear about this component but you will be surprised at how you were not properly instructed on using the secret component.

Because this will go against everything that you have learned about “the secret component” it is important that I break it up into two separate parts due to the amount of information you will receive.

The secret component that each and every one of you heard of is none other than “fruit.” Now at first glance you may feel as though you know every thing there is to know about fruit, but I assure you that is not true. You have been told that eating fruit will help you lose weight and is good for the body; however the unfortunate part is that they forgot to tell you that there is a formula to eating and fruit should not be consumed in any capacity.

First thing is that fruits should NEVER be eaten after you’re a meal, they should only be consumed on an EMPTY STOMACH! Eating your fruit on an empty stomach will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss, trimming fat and other life activities.

Allow me to explain the process of the effect of fruit on the body after a meal. Let’s say you eat a turkey sandwich and then a slice of pineapple.

The pineapple is ready to go directly through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so because the sandwich has to be broken down first, so in the meantime the entire meal rots and ferments and turns to acid.

The minute the fruit meets with the food in the stomach and the digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil.

I’m sure you have heard people complaining - every time I eat grapes I burp, when I eat watermelon my stomach bloats up, or when I eat a banana I have diarrhea.

These side effects can all be linked to eating fruit after meals. If we ate fruits on an empty stomach this could all be avoided. How could you expect to cut the belly fat if you poured on fruits after the meal?

The purpose of the fruits is to give your body the proper nutrients to give it energy to burn up the fat without working too hard.

Stay tuned for the second part coming soon...
